Summoning a fireball is one of the basic things taught to the apprentices.
Actually summoning a fireball of respectable size is something that is even
beyond the powers of most adepts. Successful fireball will burn the target
and perhaps even cause enough damage to end it's pathetic life. This skill
is affected by the caster's stats and level along with his/her knowledge
of fiery lore and lore of elements. This spell requires a mediocre artifact to work.
